Wow, this page sure did take a while huh? I think it came out rather nice, I have only gotten enough time to work on it over the last two days. Things are pretty nuts here, and not it a bad way. Academics are important you know!
Hopefully the next page won’t take nearly as long, as I am excited to get to work on it. I feel… renewed from finally getting this done and getting some time to draw, which I was missing terribly.
Anyway, if you’re still sticking to the comic and reading it, I appreciate that. Please leave me a comment and let me know what a jerk I am for taking so long on this page.
Also, do you like panel 3? I am considering turning it into a header for the site, I am also doing a lot more work with digital production, so the background of panel 3 was done entirely in photoshop, this is a big change for me, but it forced me to work in a new way, and the results were pretty solid.

Very nice! It has a watercolor-ish quality about it, especially in the background and — to a lesser extent — Mara’s hair.

I, a bit partial to panel two but I do think that three would make a fine header.
